I received the wrong product in my order

If you received the wrong product in your order, follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us to explain the situation by telephone on 0848 11 11 48 or by e-mail at the following address: fragen@linsenmax.ch ;

  2. Send us a photo of the product with the visible defect;

  3. We will then replace your order with the correct product as soon as possible;

  4. You do not need to return the incorrect product to us.

If you received the wrong product, we do not provide refunds. However, we deliver to you the right product as soon as possible.

I received a defective product in my order

All contact lenses and care products can be returned if they have a defect.

If you received a defective Linsenmax product, follow these steps:

  • Contact us to explain the situation by telephone on 0848 11 11 48 or by e-mail at the following address: fragen@linsenmax.ch ;

  • Send us a photo of the product with the visible defect;

  • We will then replace your order with the correct product as soon as possible;

  • You do not need to return the incorrect product to us.

Please provide us with the following information:

  • Order number

  • EAN code (bar code number)

  • Batch no

  • A photo of the box of lenses

  • Number of packaging impacted

We will send you a label to return the defective product free of charge

You have a deadline of 30 working days following receipt of the product.

If you received a defective product, we will refund you within 15 working days following receipt of your return.

To receive your products again, you must place a new order. We do not make exchanges.

I made a mistake with my order

All contact lenses and care products can be returned.

If you ordered the wrong product, you can proceed as follows:

Return your package in its original packaging with the returns form to the following address:
