Basically, you should always check your order for accuracy (correction, product, etc.) before opening the package. It should be noted that, for various reasons, we cannot take back opened products. On the one hand, a return isn't possible from a hygienic point of view, and on the other hand, neither we nor the manufacturer can reuse these products.

When returning your contact lenses, they must always be returned to us in a suitable packaging (cardboard) or a lens case with a suitable storage solution. You should also include your returns form.

Make sure you take note of the following points:

  • In case of missing data, the manufacturer cannot process the complaint.

  • Complaints about contact lenses that have dried out can no longer be processed.

  • The customer is responsible for the postage costs for the return shipment. If the defect can be detected, you will receive the new product free of charge.

  • You can place your new order directly after the prescribed procedure for returning defective lenses.

If you have received a defective product, please proceed as follows:

  1. Place the defective contact lens in a suitable case and fill it completely with a suitable preservative solution to ensure safe transport.

  2. Note the defect or your reaction as well as the batch number, customer number, and order number.

  3. Pack both objects in safe packaging (cardboard!) and send the packaging to the following address: Linsenmax AG, Rue de Veyrot 13, 1217 Meyrin, Switzerland

  4. We will pass on your complaint to the manufacturer and let you know as soon as we receive a reply. This may take some time.
