Our billing system is based on a credit check, which is checked when you register or change your address and with every order.
The credit check carried out by us checks the billing address you have entered for authenticity and also compares it with your name.
This means, for example, that a change of name that has not yet been officially registered, a move, or the entry of your business address can lead to our system detecting an anomaly and the invoice payment being rejected. An unregistered building or residence, e.g. at the partner's, can be a reason for the invoice payment to be rejected in our shop.
Please pay attention to these criteria if you want to pay by invoice.
We also reserve the right to exclude certain means of payment without further justification, generally or for certain customers - see also our GTC.
When you want to use your promotion code, you have to make sure that it is valid (see validity date and description of the action).
You can redeem your promotion code in step 2 "Order details".
Please pay attention to upper and lower case.
Choose your products as usual in the shop
Go to the shopping cart, respectively "Checkout".
If you are logged in, you will get an overview of your address, shipping type, and payment method. Above the payment method you have the possibility to enter your promotion code in the field "Promotion code" (see example in the picture below).
You can see immediately after the entry whether the promotion code is accepted.
If the promotion code is no longer valid or is intended for another person (in this case, please check whether you have not registered several times!), a message "Promotion code is not valid" appears directly below the input field
If this is the case, a message "The promotion code is valid" appears directly below the input field, a tick and the amount deducted in CHF to the right of the input field (see example in the illustration above).
When you want to use your promotion code, you have to make sure that it is valid (see validity date and description of the action). It may be limited to a product category, a specific product, or a group of customers (e.g. new customers).
If you get an announcement that the code is no longer valid, then it has probably expired and can no longer be used.
If you get a message that the code is for another person, please check that you do not have two or more accounts with Linsenmax. Since you can register several times with your e-mail address, it may happen that you receive a code for the correct e-mail address, but that it is actually intended for another account. If this is not the case, check whether the promotion code is intended for another group of customers.
Payment by invoice is processed through our partner MF Group Factoring SA/PowerPay. After you have placed your order and chosen invoice as the payment method, you will receive your invoice by email as soon as your order has been shipped. We ask you to pay the total amount shown on your invoice.
