Peroxide Systems

A peroxide system disinfects your soft contact lenses with a hydrogen peroxide solution, which must then be neutralised. It is an alternative to an all-in-one solution, with different instructions. Contact lenses are a medical device. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions: neutralisation time and lens case differ from one product to another.

• Peroxide solution must be neutralised before your lenses go into your eye. Never put in lenses that have not been neutralised.

• Only use the lens case that comes with your system.

• Respect the neutralisation time given before you wear your lenses.

• Never reuse the solution, and replace your lens case regularly, as the manufacturer recommends.

• Never rinse your lenses with water.

• If solution gets into your eye, remove your lenses, follow the leaflet and see a doctor.
