To change your contact details, nothing could be simpler, just go to the tab "My account" and click on "My personal data“.
You can then enter a new address or modify existing address. When you have completed the form for a new address, click on the button “Save my address” to confirm your entry.
If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one. To do this, you can go to space to log in to your account, and click on “Forgot your password ?”. You can then enter your email address. A reset email will then be sent to you.
If you do not receive a new password, check your email or SPAM/junk mail folder again. If, despite this, you are unable to find a solution, do not hesitate to contact 0848 11 11 48 or write to us at fragen@linsenmax.ch.
