My account

Nothing could be simpler, just go to the "My account" tab and click on "My data".

You can enter a new address or edit the existing address. When you have completed the form for a new address, click on "Save address" to confirm your entry.

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one. 

  • If you request a SINGLE password, the existing password is automatically reset and replaced with this one. You can only do this once every 24 hours.
  • It is therefore important that you log in as soon as you have the new password and set a new one. You can do this under "My account", "My data", and "Change my password".
  • If you cannot request a password, this is probably the reason.
