• Take your care product in its original bottle: do not pour it into another container.

• In hand luggage, liquids are usually limited to 100 ml per container. Check your airline’s rules before you leave.

• Pack a clean lens case and a spare pair of lenses.

• Never rinse your lenses with water, even abroad or in a hotel.

• Remove your lenses before sleeping, unless they are designed for extended wear.

• If you have redness, pain or discomfort that does not go away, remove your lenses and see your eye specialist.
