Systane Hydration PF eye drops are a further development of the long-successful Systane Hydration eye drops. PF stands for Preservative Free, which means they do not contain any preserving additives and are therefore naturally gentle on the eyes. The combination of moisturising hyaluronic acid and the long-lasting active properties of HP-guar (hydroxypropyl-guar), provide long-term relief from the symptoms of dry eyes and work up to 2x longer than comparable eye drops that only contain hyaluronic acid.
